Resumo
This article makes a critical evaluation of the economic equilibrium
Concept’s significance and relevance, referred to Say's law, for the caputalist
dynamics based on Keynes's approach of the principle of effective
demand. The emphasis lays on the keynesian liaison between uncertainty
and economic time, in order to establish the investment expenditure as the
causa causans of capitalism's dynamics.
