As formas diferenciadas do capitalismo e a lei do valor

Otto Alcides Ohlweiler

Resumo

The author describes the historical development of the capitalism in a very didactic
way. The distinct forms of capitalism - competitive capitalism, monopoly capitalism,
state monopolist capitalism and bureaucratic capitalism - are differentiated forms which,
however, possess a same invariant essencial core: the wage-relation. These differentiated
forms are due to distinct modes of appropriation and distribution of surplus-value. As far
as capitalism based on private property of the means of production is concerned, the
sucessive historical differentiated forms of capitalism emerge as the product of the
organic evolution of the system, that is, like a natural process. Now, the emergency of
the bureaucratic capitalism of the means of production was due to revolutionary political
interventions which, for having expropriated the previous dominant classes, were foUowed
by non dominated social historical processes ledding to the formation of a singular type
of state capitalism supported by a bureaucratic-authoritarian state.
