Origens, desenrolar e riscos da crise internacional de endividamento
Resumo
The main question analyzed in this article is the continued persistence
of the world's economic crisis, that is developing since, at least, the mid-
-seventies and takes on a predominant financial nature. For that reason,
unlike previcus crises, there is, in the present crisis, an stagnation in the real
economic aggregates, together with an great increese of the monetary
aggregates. The credit loans of the transnational banks, whose interest rates
largely exceed the returns on investments in real capital, are but one example
of the current situation.
This peculiarity places the economies of late industrialization in an
unprecedented debt crisis, the effects of which are also associated with the
limits of expansion of the fordist model of accumulation itself, which has
taken place in the economies, at least ever since the end of the Second World
War.
