Globalização e o novo marco regulatório do comércio internacional: a inserção brasileira

Resumo

This paper presents an economic analysis of globalization,
according to Its legal regulation after the upraising of the World Trade
Organization. The main ideas presented are concerned with the Brazilian
Insertion in this context, mainly considering its recent trade liberalization
and weak defense against protectionist practices.
